What happens after my proctor is approved?

• Emails will be sent to the student and proctor confirming the approval
  • Make sure you and your proctor check your spam/junk mailboxes; sometimes, the confirmation emails get caught in there
• Immediately upon receipt, students should verify their proctor has received an email and notify the ISU Test Center (testcenterhelp@iastate.edu) of any problems
• When the system releases the exam, your proctor will be emailed exam instructions
• Arrange a time to take the exam with your proctor
